Sewing With Friends Weekend Quilt Retreat!
What:
Sewing with Friends Weekend! This *no frills* retreat will be held at Okoboji Lutheran Bible Camp in Milford Iowa. Starts on Thursday afternoon on December 4th and ends on Sunday, December 7th at 1:00! This is a straight up sewing fest!
There will be a Brunch (Fri, Sat, and Sun.) with hot breakfast foods every morning at 10:30am and a Supper (Thurs, Fri, and Sat.) at 5:00pm. All the sleeping rooms will be in Altahaus and are double (or triple if requested) occupancy. Let us know if you have a roommate preference in the notes or send us a message after you register.
Everyone will have a generous sewing space in the two sewing spaces that will be available. There are a limited amount of spaces available on a first come first served basis (a maximum of 30 total).
This will be a great chance to finish up the Celebrating the States quilt blocks, work on Christmas sewing projects that still need to be done, OR catch up on all of your Projects of the Month, or anything else you'd like to work on! Take some time for yourself before the holiday rush starts!
This retreat will happen no matter what the weather is; plan accordingly.
*no frills*= no t-shirts, no shop to distract you, no demos, no rolling cart….Just sewing!

Arrive as early as 11am on Thursday and stay until 1pm on Sunday.
